  Please try adding custom attributes in Hosts/Attributes section, mark them as Required and Editable. Then there will be an extra Complete Profile step in the listing submission process, users will have to fill in the custom fields.

  is there a way to create a e-signature field on the forms or intergrate an e-signature plugin ?

  Sorry, this would require customizations, maybe this plugin has some shortcode for integrating into forms?
