I have limited listing to 1 per package even if it is free or paid. But once anyone select free or Paid option then after first submission when he again add another listing no package option comes.
Please help. I want him to select packages everytime he add a new listing.

Please make sure that these packages have the listing limit set to 1, then if at least one listing is added and published the packages page should appear again – it shows if the current limit is exceeded.

Hello. I have the same problem as ujjwaldeep. After configuring the packages, adding a free ad later, you cannot add an ad in the paid version.

If possible describe how to reproduce this issue step by step, I’ll try to reproduce it locally – if there’s a bug it will be fixed.

Thank you for the quick reply.
I have added 3 ads in WooCommerce for the following amounts:
    – PLN 4
    – PLN 7
    – PLN 20.
I have 4 packages created in HivePress advertisement packages.
1 free with a limit of ads per 15 items and assigned to individual categories, the next package is set to promote ads in the amount of PLN 4 per one ad.
The PLN 7 package is to be used only for the sale of cars, and the PLN 20 package for the real estate advertisement.

In general, I am very impressed with the work you put into this template and all the modules.

    Thank you

Thanks, I’m glad it’s useful! If possible send more details – do you get a redirect while trying to select a package after the free one is exceeded, or the packages page is simply hidden?

Hi. By choosing free advertising, I no longer have the option of paid advertising, vice versa.
One option is hidden or the other.
I thought it was a bug and reinstalled WP but it didn’t help.

By the way, see how the website https://server728948.nazwa.pl/sekup/ looks like

Hello, I am getting the same issue. I have a free package and a paid package. If I submit a listing for free package and that package has limit set to 1, I can no longer add another listing with the free package (which is expected). However if I change to more than 1, I do not get the paid package to show until after I have reached my package limit.

Also, I want the user to be able to submit multiple listings and have to pay for each listing. Right now if I set the limit to 5 for the package, the user pays for the first package, and then the next 4 just submit on through without the user having to pay again. This happens until the 5 limit is reached. But if I set to 1, then they cannot submit another listing until the 1 is removed.

@lolo18383 It seems that the free limit is set to 20, the packages page will appear again if you exceed this limit – please make sure that it’s exceeded. I understand that this may be confusing but this is how it works this way, if there’s still a free limit then the packages page is skipped (if the user wants to feature a free listing it’s still possible to do this separately https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJwObr_F9iQ).

    @snlaurio
Please try using packages with the limit set to 1 if you want to charge users for each listing. As soon as the listing is submitted the package with the limit set to 1 should disappear from My Account/Packages section.

I understand. It is not possible to choose each time which advertisement you want to add? It’s about free or paid

    ihor developer

Yes, in the current version the “Select Package” page appears only if the listing limit is exceeded. You can also add packages to a separate page and list them via the Listing Packages block, so if anyone wants to upgrade before the limit is exceeded there will be an option to do this.

@ ihor Thank you. I know I shouldn’t ask you to do this, but could you please explain to me how to do it? I’m just starting to play with wordpress 🙂

    ihor developer

Please create a new page (or edit existing one), click on the “plus” icon and search for the “Listing Packages” block, then you can insert it into the page content.

Okay, thank you for the information. Are you able to tell if and when there will be an update to the ads promotion module? Or you are planning to create such a module, of course, not for free 🙂

Please try using Paid Listings for this purpose, you can charge users for promoting ads separately from selling packages https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJwObr_F9iQ I plan to improve the Paid Listings extension with every update.
