Why this plugin and theme is totally free

It is very very nice theme and plug in ..But why it is totally free.do you have any premium plan for this theme for extra new features.

Thanks! Sure, I plan to release premium extensions and themes later, but the essential extensions (including “Paid Listings” and “Claim Listings”) and ListingHive (the default theme) will always be free.
