1. Refund window
Refunds for Product purchases can only be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund window for support renewals matches the support period but may be limited by the payment method (e.g. 180 days for PayPal).
2. Refund reasons
For Product purchases, you don’t have to provide a refund reason. For support renewals, refunds are provided for the remaining duration of the support period if we fail to provide support within the scope specified in the support policy.
3. Requesting a refund
Before requesting a refund, please allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you may be experiencing. You can always get help on the support forum or contact us directly via email at support@hivepress.io
To submit a refund request, please contact us at support@hivepress.io and include the license key or other information to help us identify your payment. Please also provide us with feedback as it is vital for us to improve our Products.
4. Processing times
The refund processing time depends on the payment method. PayPal refunds typically reappear in your account within 48 hours, while refunds via credit card may take up to 5 working days to be credited back into your account.
5. Purchase cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund without a request due to the license violation, abuse of the support service, or any other reason that prevents us from completing our obligations.
