1. Refund window
Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds can be processed.

To submit a refund request, please contact us at support@hivepress.io and include the license key or other information to help us identify your payment. Please also provide us with feedback as it is vital for us to improve our Products.
3. Processing times
The refund processing time depends on the payment method. PayPal refunds typically reappear in your account within 48 hours, while refunds via credit card may take up to 5 working days to be credited back into your account.
4. Purchase cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund due to the license violation, abuse of the support service, or any other reason that prevents us from completing our obligations.
