Refund Policy

1. Refund window

Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.

2. Requesting a refund

Before requesting a refund, please allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you may be experiencing. You can get help on the support forum, or contact us directly via email at support@hivepress.io

To submit a refund request, please contact us at support@hivepress.io and include the license key, or other information that will help us identify your payment. Please also provide us with feedback as it is vital for us to make our Products better.

3. Processing times

The refund processing time depends on the payment method. PayPal refunds typically re-appear in your account within 48 hours of requesting the refund, while refunds via credit card may take up to 5 working days to credit back into your account.

This policy is effective as of 1 April 2020.
