1. Refund window
We want to give you enough time to try our products and make sure they match your requirements, so all licenses come with a 30-day refund window — starting from the purchase date for Lifetime Licenses, or from the subscription date for Bundle Licenses.
For extra paid services such as Theme Installation or Support Renewals, refunds have no fixed window but are issued if we fail to provide the service — for example, if we didn’t install the theme to match the demo, or failed to provide support per our support policy.
2. Refund reasons
You don’t have to provide any reason for the license purchases and subscriptions — just make sure your request is within the refund window. For extra paid services, please briefly describe what went wrong, such as the service not being delivered as described.
3. Requesting a refund
Before requesting a refund, we’d love the opportunity to help — we may be able to resolve the issue or suggest a workaround. You can always email us at support@hivepress.io, post on the support forum, or try our AI Assistant.
To request a refund, email us at support@hivepress.io with your license key or other details to help us identify your purchase or subscription. We’d also greatly appreciate any feedback — it genuinely helps us improve our products.
4. Processing times
The refund processing time depends on the payment method. PayPal refunds typically reappear in your account within 48 hours, while refunds via credit card may take up to 5 working days to be credited back into your account.
5. License cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a license and issue a refund where applicable, without a formal request, in case of license violation, abuse of the support service, or any other reason that prevents us from fulfilling our obligations.
