How to download purchased products?

After a successful payment, you will receive an email with download links and a license key, which is required for support and automatic updates. If you didn’t receive the email, please contact us at support@hivepress.io and we’ll resend it right away.

How to enable automatic updates?

Once you install the purchased product, please enter your license key in HivePress > Settings > Integrations > HivePress Store. After that, new updates will automatically appear in your WordPress dashboard whenever a new version is released.

Where can I get support?

How to renew support?

If you have the Bundle License, there’s no need to worry about support renewals, as support is provided as long as your subscription is active. With the Extension License, if the included support period has ended, you can renew support for another 6 or 12 months.
